27TH ANNUAL IALD INTERNATIONAL LIGHTING DESIGN AWARDS
2010 Award Submitter Check List
Projects completed after 01 June 2008 are eligible.

ENTRY DOCUMENTS MUST INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING

• Entry Details Page: All information marked with an astrisk on this form is required! Make sure to fill it out accurately.

• Written Brief: 100 word limit. May not contain any reference to any individual or group involved in the project.

• Keyed Description: 400 word limit. May not contain any reference to any individual or group involved in the project.

• Sustainable Design Keyed Description [Optional, at no additional cost]: Include this document if you wish to have your project considered for the sustainable design award category. May not contain any reference to any individual or group involved in the project. 250 word limit. Be sure to include information related to the sustainable judging criteria, which may be referenced in the Call for Entries document.

• Entry Material Release Form: CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD Return this form signed and dated via email to mailena@iald.org or fax to +1 312 527 8690. Please note that your submission will not be considered complete until this form is received.

Entry Fee:

• $90 USD per project for IALD members. [$140 USD for late entries, after 27 November]
• $190 USD per project for non-IALD members. [$240 USD for late entries, after 27 November.]
• Pay in US dollars credit card securely using this site, or mail in your check, money order or credit card processing information using the instructions on the "Payment" page.

Project Images:

• 6-10 images per project in digital format uploaded to this site, or burned to CD and mailed to the IALD Headquarters Office.
• Images may not contain any text information or company logos.
• Resolution is 300-600 dpi, one side of the image must be at least 1200 pixels.
• TIF, PSD and JPG files are accepted; AVI for video.

DEADLINE INFORMATION
The first deadline on NOVEMBER 27 is for all early bird entries. Early bird entrants receive a $50 USD discount off of the entry fee. The late deadline is 4 DECEMBER.

All entries must be completed and paid by 4 DECEMBER to be eligible for judging.
