The workshop will cover such topics as:
- Examine the issues pertinent to strategic planning in a global context

- Hire the right talent to enable your company to achieve its strategic goals
- Respond to and overcome differences between internal corporate culture and the target culture
- Refine your skills, adjust your mindset, reaffirm your focus, retest your strategy and modify your direction
- Create a framework that enables you to see, identify, respond, think, plan and operate strategically
- Establish where to go and why, and how to measure success
As the founder and COO of BeyondAStrategy, Mona Pearl has hands-on experience in international strategic development and global entrepreneurship. She has lived on three continents and is proficient in six languages. Mona is a frequent speaker at global conferences, is an adjunct professor at DePaul University, teaching International Business, and her book Grow Globally is an in-depth, comprehensive discussion of all of the elements to be considered when taking a business global.
Mona authors a column on current global competitiveness issues in Manufacturing Today and Management Today magazines, and publishes her work in other business publications worldwide. Her commentary on global business has appeared in a number of media outlets, including CNBC, Crain's Chicago, Microsoft UK and Entrepreneur.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY
