2024 LIRC Election Results Announced
The professional lighting design community is invited to join the IALD in congratulating a newly elected member of the LIRC Steering Committee. The new three-year term is set to begin 1 January 2024.
Jamie Devenger is a lighting professional with experience that includes lighting design, product development, and manufacturing. She found lighting design as a profession during her time at The Pennsylvania State University from which she holds both a Bachelor’s and Master of Architectural Engineering.
Jamie is currently a Regional Sales Manager for Q-Tran and is responsible for the Northeast market. As part of her role, she is responsible for developing sales programs and supporting product development. She applies creativity and a technical skillset to support customers in achieving their project visions. She is also a LEED AP BD+C and focuses on sustainability in all endeavors.
Her career started with nearly a decade with Fisher Marantz Stone in New York City, where she designed and managed projects across a comprehensive portfolio of market sectors, including commercial, museum, hospitality, historical, residential, retail, and themed environment. She transitioned to the manufacturing side of the industry in 2019.
In 2022 she was named part of the 40 Under 40 by Light Collective.
She currently resides in Hoboken, NJ, where she enjoys lots of walks with her twin boys and mini Australian shepherd. She is also an outdoors enthusiast and finds any chance to go hiking or skiing in the winter.
